Safety First!

At DoorMate, we care constantly thinking of ways to not only make our systems easier to install, but how to keep them up as safely as possible, giving the customer peace of mind.
we have made several changes to our systems over the years, such as the addition of soft close and open devices (which are always handy when you have little ones running around the house!) and floor guides for a smoother and safer glide.
We work closely with customers and take all their feedback on board with us, for example, we previously used an anti-jump spacer in our tracks until one extremely concerned customer called up to tell us that one of our doors derailed! Naturally worried by this we paused all production to find out what caused the derailing and how to prevent it happening again. when we worked out that it was the anti-jump spacer that caused the issue, we replaced it with an anti-jump bolt which now comes pre-fitted into our tracks so that customers don't even have to worry about fitting the safety device correctly!
